Learn how to set up your account and start organizing your bookmarks in minutes

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit the homepage and click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email by clicking the link we send you
  4. Complete your profile with your name and preferences

Step 2: Install the Browser Extension

Our browser extension makes it easy to save and access bookmarks from anywhere:

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, or Safari Extensions
  2. Search for "Voyena Bookmarks" and click "Add to Browser"
  3. Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access
  4. Sign in to the extension with your account credentials

Pro Tip: Use keyboard shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + D to quickly save bookmarks

Step 3: Import Existing Bookmarks

Already have bookmarks? Import them in seconds:

  1. Open Settings → Import/Export
  2. Choose your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or others)
  3. Select the HTML file exported from your browser
  4. Click "Import" and watch your bookmarks sync instantly

We support imports from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Pocket, Instapaper, and more

Step 4: Organize Your First Folder

  1. Click "New Folder" in the sidebar
  2. Name it based on a topic (e.g., "Work", "Recipes", "Tech Articles")
  3. Drag and drop bookmarks into the folder
  4. Add tags for extra organization (click the tag icon on any bookmark)

Step 5: Try the Search Feature

Our powerful search helps you find any bookmark instantly:

  • Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open quick search
  • Type keywords, URLs, or tags to filter results
  • Use filters like "tag:work" or "folder:recipes"
  • Sort by date added, title, or most visited
